Absolutely! There are two ways in which we can notify you as soon as your favourite celebrity joins the team. Firstly, you can subscribe to our newsletter and know about every change happening. Secondly, if you request that a certain talent joins via the search bar, you can receive an email post they do. How much do I have to pay for a personalized video message from Bollywood celebrities through Bollywish?

The cost of every Bollywish video is set by the talent recording it. Therefore, it differs from celebrity to celebrity. You can anytime view the prices on the booking page before making a request. It is to be noted that celebrities have the authority to change the price as per their will, but you will be charged the amount in effect at the time of booking.

How do I buy a personalized celebrity video?

All your favourite celebrities can be found on our  BOLLYWISH platform. All you have to do is scroll through the categories, select the talent, fill out an easy request form and click the ‘Book Now’ button. Within few clicks, you will be directed to our payment page where you can complete the remaining formalities using Credit/Debit card. We will put a temporary authorization hold on your card until your personalized Bollywish video is completed.

What are the occasions for which I can request a celebrity recorded video through Bollywish?

There is no special occasion to spread smiles. You can request a personalized message about anything and everything. It can be for your best friend’s birthday or your parent’s anniversary or for congratulating your colleague on achieving something good in career. There could be nothing better than a celebrity personalized video for the special people around you. However, you can only request personal messages and not business or commercial greetings. Can I cancel the request if I haven’t received the video yet?

Please allow upto 14 days for the request to be fulfilled. If you do not receive the video within 14 days, the funds charged will be fully refunded back to you. Normally it takes a lot less time, but sometimes celebrities are unavailable so we are allowing upto 14 days.

How long will my Bollywish video request take to be completed?

Your request will be completed in 14 days. If your request isn’t completed within 14 days, it will expire, and the funds charged will be refunded to you.

Am I guaranteed that the talent I select will make my requested Bollywish video?

Accepted Answer

We make it our top priority that every customer receives their appropriately ordered Bollywish video. While we try to make sure that all requested videos are completed, it is possible that your request could expire after 14 days. Just a heads-up, all celebrities has the option to accept or decline any request that comes through.

How will I receive my celebrity video message after it’s done?

Once the video is recorded and done, we will send a link to your email id and cell phone number that you provided at the time of booking your personalized video message.

Can I download and keep my Bollywish video?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It’s super easy! If you are on a laptop or desktop, your Bollywish video can be downloaded via the link we emailed or texted you, just press the blue download button next to the video. You have a non-commercial and personal license to use it forever, subject to the Site Terms of Service.

When will I be charged for my Bollywish video?

Your debit/credit card will be charged as soon as the video is requested. If your request is not completed within 14 days, the funds charged from your credit/debit card will be fully refunded.

What if I have been charged, but haven’t received my personalised Bollywish video yet?

We take at least 14 days to process your request and send you the video. If the aforementioned time has passed, please contact us at info@bollywish.com

How long does it take to complete my Bollywish video request?

Accepted Answer

We need a maximum of 14 days to process your request and revert. If you do not receive the video even after 14 days, the request will automatically expire and your money will be refunded.

Am I guaranteed that my selected celebrity will record the requested personalized message for me?

Accepted Answer

Our customers are our priority. We make sure to deliver what we promise. You will receive the appropriately ordered video within 14 days of booking. However, every celebrity has a choice to accept or reject the request. In case they chose to reject it, your booking will be cancelled followed by the refund of all the money.
